Very good steak, good wine.We sat outside in the street which was what we wanted but it's not very pretty, but very quiet. The staff were very polite and efficient. Overall my wife and I had a great evening.

We loved the sharing plate of limpets and then shared two portions of mussels - Portuguese with coriander and Dijon mustard. Everything was excellently presented and tasted fantastic.

Can highly recommend this place - One of the Top 3 dinners we had in Funchal. Both mussles and meat were very, very tastefull ! Accessible with wheelchair.

We really enjoyed our meal here; very modern, funky atmosphere combined with friendly, attentive service. Food was great; steak was delicious, mussels tasty and our little one absolutely loved the pork steak. Would definitely go again!

Salmon Tatar was not really good. Well it was nothing for us and i love raw fish, but it was not raw and it tasted very fishy. However, the service was very nice and I can definitely recommend the italian mussels with fries or sweet potato fries. Both are very good. I would go back for the mussels.:)

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal,we had muscles with 3 different sauces,the pesto was my personal favourite but the others were delicious too! My gin was perfect,I would definitely recommend Mula!

The best limpets in Funchal! Casual, welcoming restaurant with charming staff. The menu is simple and works well. Mussels and steaks, and of course limpets (or lapas) as a starter. We tried mussels and steaks two ways, everything was well-cooked and delicious. Especially mussels were excellent! The only thing that was not amazing were the fries, but the sweet potato fries instead were very tasty. I have to mention also that their wines were high quality.
